We Are Hiring – B2B Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven B2B Team Leader to lead a sales team, develop business opportunities, and drive broadband and telecom sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, acquiring new business clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Identify and acquire new business customers, including corporate offices, SMEs, and commercial establishments.
• Promote broadband, internet, and telecom solutions to business clients.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and client referrals.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Team management and leadership abilities.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and meet business clients.
• Two Wheeler and Licence Mandatory

Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales

CTC: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Locations: Kochi, Trivandrum & Wayanad
