B2B Sales Executive - Demos & Closures

Brixi AI is looking for a confident, energetic Sales Executive who can turn product demos into customers. Your core focus will be understanding a prospect’s sales process, delivering effective CRM demos, handling objections, and closing deals.

What you’ll do

• Conduct product demos for qualified leads.
• Understand each prospect’s current lead-management and follow-up process.
• Position Brixi AI as a solution for lead leakage, missed follow-ups, and poor sales visibility.
• Handle objections related to pricing, existing CRM tools, and team adoption.
• Follow up with demo attendees and move opportunities toward closure.
• Maintain accurate deal updates and next steps in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the onboarding and product teams to ensure a smooth handover after closure.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in SaaS, CRM, real estate technology, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer problems and tailor a demo accordingly.
• Confidence in negotiating, following up, and asking for the sale.
• A proactive, target-driven attitude.

What you’ll earn

• Fixed salary plus attractive incentives.

• The more you close, the more you earn—there is no cap on your performance-based earnings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
