Role Summary

We're looking for a B2B Sales Executive with a medical/health sciences background to build and manage client relationships in the healthcare and wellness e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities (distributors, retailers, clinics, pharmacies, wellness brands)
• Build and manage relationships with B2B clients and channel partners
• Handle the full sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closure
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Maintain CRM records of leads and pipeline
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a medical or health sciences field (mandatory)
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pharma, medical devices, healthcare distribution, or health-tech
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Comfortable with field/client-facing work and travel

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
