B2B Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in the polymer and advanced materials industry, for the position of B2B Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker). We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional who is passionate about developing business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 4) with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• Good command of Mandarin; English proficiency is an advantage.
