B2B Sales Head

JOB DETAILS
Responsible for establishing strategic relationships and business development opportunities with industrial partners and clients.

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the client base of the company and build a concrete pipeline, to help meet the revenue targets of the corporate business vertical.

Corporate Sales, acquiring new corporate clients, achieving monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue targets.

Providing Services like dedicated stationed ambulance, Ambulance On-Call, Medical Room (Doctor & Nurse On-site), Occupational Health Centre (OHC) Services, Mobile Medical Units (MMU), Wellness Programs, Health check, etc.

Extensive travel will be required to meet with corporate clients, attend meetings, preparing Proposals, Presentations, providing briefings and submitting reports to Senior Management as required.

Cross Functional Interaction with various departments and stakeholders for deployment of services and ensuring clients will get the best quality services.

Retaining existing clients, Upsell & Cross Sell new services to client.

Ensure billing and Recovery for acquired clients will happen on time, Systematic follow-up to ensure 100% payment collection within the due date.

Contract renewals / Additional addendum / compliance related to client, Tender / RFP participation.

Responsible to develop and execute channel / distribution sales plan to achieve annual sales objective with respect to top & bottom line.

Conduct market research to map future prospect of projects
