B2B Sales Manager

About the role

As a B2B Sales Manager at PT Heksagon Tiwikrama, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales strategy. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify, acquire and retain B2B customers
• Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and collective targets
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales processes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Providing sales forecasts and progress reports to senior management
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities

What we're looking for

• Substantial experience (5+ years) in a B2B sales management role, preferably within the manufacture industry
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field
