B2B Sales Manager (OM)

General Role Description:

The B2B Sales Manager (OM) is responsible for driving business-to-business sales within the marketing and advertising sector. This role requires strong English communication skills (B2+ level) and experience in outbound sales management. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the company's client base, focusing on ad sales and marketing solutions, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the advertising and marketing sector
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for clients
• Track and report on sales performance metrics

Must have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OM Sales B2B Manager
• At least 6 months of experience in Ads Sales Marketing
• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with LinkedIn OS2 or similar platforms
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends
• Previous experience in international B2B sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
