B2B Sales Manager (Telecom)

We are hiring B2B Sales Manager and B2C Sales Executive for a telecom and internet serivce provider company .

Location: Mumbai and Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5 to 10 years in similar field

Job Summary

Identify and acquire new B2B accounts for the company’s broadband and internet service offerings, high-speed data, voice, and fixed-line installations within assigned segments.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with corporate revenue goals and market dynamics.

· Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Developers) to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.

· Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

· Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales funnel and provide accurate revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Skills

· Strong leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
