B2B Sales Representative – German Speaker-REMOTE WORK

• Make 150–250 outbound B2B calls per day on behalf of leading global technology brands.
• Engage prospects, handle objections, identify business needs, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Achieve campaign KPIs, activity targets, and a minimum of 45 points per week.
• Accurately update prospect information, complete campaign documentation, and ensure all call records meet quality standards.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification requirements, company policies, and data privacy and confidentiality guidelines while coordinating with the Team Leader as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of B2B Sales/Telesales experience, with proven experience in lead generation, outbound calling, and prospecting – MUST HAVE.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Experience in IT/Technology sales is highly preferred, with knowledge of BANT lead qualification.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with experience managing leads and sales pipelines.

Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
