B2B Sales Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – B2B Lead Generation to manage and coach a team primarily supporting EMEA campaigns, with additional exposure to the US market.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B IT lead generation, appointment setting, and BANT qualification, with the ability to coach teams in engaging senior IT decision-makers and generating qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Specialists.
• Manage daily team performance and ensure achievement of campaign KPIs.
• Monitor calls and provide coaching on prospecting, objection handling, and appointment setting.
• Ensure consistent application of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification.
• Review lead quality and ensure qualified opportunities are properly endorsed to the sales team.
• Support B2B IT campaigns targeting EMEA and US markets.
• Engage and understand the needs of IT decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and IT Managers.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with management and clients to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
