B2B Service Head 2W EV

Location: Pune | Experience: 810 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B service operations for 2W EV fleets across Pan India.

• Own and maintain 95%+ fleet uptime, ensuring maximum vehicle availability and minimum downtime.

• Manage depot operations, manpower, preventive maintenance, breakdowns and vehicle readiness.

• Ensure timely availability of spares, technical support and service resources.

• Drive key service metrics including TAT, First-Time-Right (FTR), MTTR, MTBF, repeat repairs and breakdown resolution.

• Manage Warranty, SLC, AMC, claims and parts billing.

• Drive RCA/CAPA, repeat failure reduction and fleet reliability.

• Handle critical customer escalations and ensure timely closure.

• Develop and strengthen the Pan-India service network and partner capability.

• Monitor service MIS, downtime, warranty cost and key KPIs.

• Lead service teams and drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
