QD Blades supplies diamond blades to contractors across the US. We just launched a new AI-powered software service for contractors and trade businesses, and we’re growing the sales team to expand it nationwide.

Why this role

• Get in early. You’re joining a new product as it expands.
• Build recurring income. You earn commission every month your customers stay, so your pay grows with your book.
• Leads provided. We hand you the lists, so you spend your time selling, not prospecting.

What you’ll do

• Call contractors and trade businesses from lists we provide (inside sales, cold calling)
• Learn how they run their business and what’s holding it back
• Show them how our software helps, and close monthly subscriptions

What you get

• A real sales system: you just pick up the phone and sell
• Commission on every subscription, paid monthly for the life of the account
• Leads, scripts, a CRM with built-in calling

You’ll do well here if you

• Like the phone and don’t mind hearing no
• Have B2B, SaaS, inside sales or phone sales experience (a plus, not required)
• Know construction or the trades (a plus, not required)

No degree required. Flexible hours, work from home.
