Role: B2B Solution Sales Executive

• Solution Mapping & Technical Consultation: Actively assess client operational pain points and map tailored solutions leveraging our product portfolio.
• Business Development & Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across enterprise retail accounts, pharmacy chains, and independent supermarket operators.
• Key Account Management: Coordinate smoothly with technical and operations teams to oversee order fulfillment, deployment schedules, and after-sales escalation support.
• Commercial Proposals & Deal Closing: Prepare competitive quotations and present customized project pitches from POC to deployment.

Who are we looking for?

• SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Own transport preferable and willing to travel outstation.
• Relevant experience in B2B or commercial sales is an advantage.
• Passionate about technology, fintech and the retail space.
• Fast learner and ability to work independently and collaborate between team member to meet objectives or timeline set.
• Presentable with great communication skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
