Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent [French and English C1 level] - Experience in B2B sales support, B2B customer service, operations, or a similar role - A strong eye for detail and accuracy when handling data - Comfort working across multiple systems and coordinating with different departments - Curiosity, agility, and a solutions-oriented mindset - A genuine passion for premium customer experience
