B2B Telemarketer

Job Summary:
We’re after a driven B2B Cold Calling Specialist to help launch our software platform in the U.S. market. You’ll call business owners, work past gatekeepers to reach decision makers, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. You’ll excel if you’re a confident, persistent caller with proven B2B experience, strong research skills, and the ability to learn and pitch a high-value solution quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place high-volume outbound calls to U.S. businesses from assigned lead lists
• Get past gatekeepers and receptionists to reach owners, sales leaders, and other key decision makers
• Research and enrich lead data, including decision-maker names, direct phone numbers, emails, and company size
• Prospect and build new lead lists of target companies that fit our ideal customer profile
• Qualify prospects against agreed criteria such as company size, industry fit, and decision-making authority
• Book qualified discovery appointments with decision makers and confirm them on the calendar
• Follow our call scripts and outreach strategy while adapting the conversation to handle objections
• Log every dial, conversation, and outcome accurately in our CRM
• Follow up with prospects who ask for callbacks or more information
• Report daily and weekly activity metrics such as dials, connects, decision-maker conversations, and booked appointments

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling and appointment setting, ideally targeting U.S. businesses
• Demonstrated ability to get past gatekeepers and hold confident conversations with business owners and executives
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, natural, and professional phone presence
• Strong lead research skills and experience finding decision-maker contact details online
• Hands-on experience using a CRM and calling or dialer software to log and track activity
• Comfortable with high-volume calling, objection handling, and rejection
• Ability to learn a product quickly and explain its value to business owners
• Responsible, focused, and independent
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GoHighLevel, including making calls and managing contacts in the platform
• Background in appointment setting for software, SaaS, or other high-ticket B2B services
• Experience calling home improvement, construction, or contractor businesses
• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms
• Track record of meeting or exceeding dial and appointment targets
• Ability to suggest script and strategy improvements based on call feedback
