Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized B2B Website Operational Specialist to manage and operate the company's B2B platforms and online business activities.
Responsibilities
Manage and operate B2B platforms such as INAPROC, Indotrading, and other relevant platforms.
Update product information, catalogs, company profiles, and required documents.
Monitor inquiries, tenders, orders, and platform notifications.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding B2B platform activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all platforms.
Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in B2B platform operation, e-commerce, marketplace management, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience with INAPROC or Indotrading is an advantage.
