B2C Appointment Setter — Weekend Role (Remote)

We're hiring a weekend appointment setter to call homeowners on behalf of our home improvement clients and book in-home inspections for services like tree removal, driveways, roofing, and garden renovations.

Schedule: Saturday + Sunday, 9am–5pm UK time

Pay: £250/month base salary + £4 per booked appointment. Strong setters can meaningfully stack commissions on top of base. on track earnings monthly 900-2000£

The role:

• Call inbound leads for 8 different client accounts using our power dialer
• Speed-to-lead is critical — you'll be expected to call new leads the moment they come in
• Qualify homeowners and book them for an in-home inspection with our client's team
• Follow proven scripts and qualification criteria per account

Growth: Once you're fully ramped and performing, we'll add more client accounts to your book — more accounts means more leads, more bookings, and more commission.

You're a fit if you:

• Have B2C phone sales or appointment setting experience (home services a plus)
• Are comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced dialing
• Are reliable on weekends, every weekend
• Speak clear, confident English
