McKupler Inc. brings leading international oil and gas brands to the Philippine market, reaching consumers through a growing network of trade outlets and service centers in key markets.

You own the consumer lubricant business in your assigned Mindanao territory. Your portfolio covers trade outlets, service accounts, and resellers, and you are responsible for keeping them active, growing, and stocked. Opening new accounts is as much a part of the role as managing existing ones. You plan your own coverage, activate trade promotions at the outlet level, and make sure the company's products are visible and available wherever consumers buy.

Business or marketing degree preferred. At least 2 years in field sales, trade, or consumer goods, covering retail, service, or reseller accounts. Familiar with how trade channels work and comfortable building relationships across all account types. Organized, mobile, and self-driven enough to own a territory without being managed step by step.

Strong brand portfolio to sell from. Trade marketing support to help you activate at the outlet level. A growing consumer business in a territory with real room to build.
