Job Summary:

Responsible for driving B2C sales, converting leads into admissions, and achieving revenue targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle and convert leads via calls, walk-ins, and digital channels

* Conduct counselling sessions to drive admissions

* Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates

* Guide and monitor team performance

* Ensure excellent customer experience and follow-up

Key Requirements:

* 36 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in education/training)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Proven track record in lead conversion and target achievement
