About the Role
Jobaaj is looking for a motivated and customer-focused B2C Specialist to connect with potential customers,explain educational programs and courses, address customer queries, and help convert interested prospects
into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers and understand their learning requirements.
• Explain the company's educational programs and courses clearly.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with interested prospects and support course enrolments.
• Work towards sales targets and improve customer conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement.
• Ability to work towards targets.

Experience
Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or business development are preferred.
