BA - ASEAN payment network

• • Gather and document business requirements for cross-border and domestic payment flows across ASEAN markets (e.g., real-time payments, remittances, QR, ISO 20022).
• • Collaborate with partner banks, payment schemes, regulators, and internal tech teams to define integration and compliance requirements.
• • Translate regulatory, scheme, and market-specific rules into functional specifications, process flows, and API requirements.
• • Support testing, certification, and go-live activities for network connectivity, transaction routing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• • Monitor payment performance, exceptions, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure SLA adherence.
