BA (Beauty Advisor) Deployment Manager

We are currently seeking a Beauty Advisor Deployment Manager who is experienced, highly organized, and trustworthy. Capable of leading regional deployment operations. This role is critical to driving operational excellence in field staffing, retail execution, and store compliance across leading retail partners including Watsons, SM Department Stores, and regional distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment Execution Support: Coordinate the deployment of Beauty Advisors based on approved headcount plans from the Operations Center. Liaise closely with the ground team to gather manpower requirements, and work with partner agencies to ensure timely and accurate deployment in assigned locations.
• Agency Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the company and manpower agencies. Coordinate agency-side support for BA onboarding and documentation, and ensure they meet required timelines and standards.
• Deployment Project Coordination: Support deployment-related aspects of national retail programs, such as new store openings or brand campaigns. Coordinate with the ground team and agency to ensure staffing deliverables and schedules are met.
• Feedback Coordination: Gather regular feedback from the ground team regarding deployment execution, agency responsiveness, and field conditions. Relay critical concerns to the Operations Center and agency partners to support alignment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
• At least 5+ years of experience in the beauty industry or FMCG retail field operations;
• Proven experience working with or managing manpower agencies , especially in regional deployment roles;
• Strong familiarity with Watsons, SM Department Stores , and their operational requirements;
• Project/process management experience, with a strong track record of handling nationwide or regional retail programs;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly dependable and self-managed in a remote setup
• Willingness to travel nationwide for field visits, audits, and activations
