该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： As business partner, building profound business & system solution expertise for after sales parts supply & logistics.  Build strong relationship & trust from corresponding APAC business, global digital Product Owners.  Follow global digital strategy & roadmap, can lead pilot or rollout projects for new solution delivery in China.  As contact window for business requirement, collaborate with related digital teams to offer aligned digital solution with end to end responsibility.  Focus on APAC business related requirement & digital deliveries, operation support, etc.  For new solution, do requirement analysis, solution design, SIT, Support UAT, Go Live Support, etc.  Lead existing solution APAC rollout, APAC started or APAC specific innovation & POCs as project manager.  Proactively collaborate with APAC/global internal, external digital resources for digital deliveries.  Drive continuous operation support improvement to gain business satisfaction. 任职资格：

• Good Mandarin & English Communication skills
• Good leadership & problem-solving skills
• Good project management skills Competence Required.  Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline  Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics area. At least 3 years new solution delivery experience. At least 1 full cycle end to end WMS/ERP system implementation. Automotive industry background is a big plus.  Good mastery of sales order & outbound distribution, forecast & planning, warehouse management business and IT system knowledge. Have capability to propose industry best practice and guide customer into the right direction.  Have IOT, Big Data, BI, AI related knowledge is preferred.  Have quick learning agility.  Open minded with a global mindset, curious to understand and learn new perspectives.  An innovative “there is always a better way” person with a positive, flexible and responsive mindset who embraces and promotes the digital transformation.  Customer centric & teamwork spirit.  Adaptable to different cultures and working environments, capable of performing under high pressure
