Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner

30–40 hours per week over 3/4 days

Naturally Curious Day Nursery is looking for a kind, nurturing and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our beautiful baby room.

We’re looking for someone who truly understands that caring for babies is about so much more than meeting their basic needs. It’s about building secure attachments, following their individual routines and creating a calm, loving environment where they feel completely safe and able to explore.

We’re looking for someone who:

--Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification

--Can work 30–40 hours per week

--Has a genuine love for working with babies

-- Is warm, patient, nurturing and compassionate

--Understands the EYFS, safeguarding and child development

-- Can confidently follow safer sleep, feeding and allergy procedures

-- Enjoys creating beautiful, meaningful and curiosity-led experiences

-- Values strong relationships with children, parents and their team

--Is happy to embrace our Curiosity Approach and home-from-home ethos

We want someone who will walk into our baby room and see the importance of the little things — a cuddle when it’s needed, a reassuring voice, following a baby’s cues and giving them the time and space to discover the world around them.
