Job Title: Certified Caregiver – Newborn & Premature Baby Care

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and certified caregiver with experience in caring for newborns and premature babies. The ideal candidate will provide specialized support to ensure the baby’s health, safety, and development, while also guiding and assisting parents in day-to-day care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care to newborn and/or pre-term babies, including feeding, bathing, changing, and monitoring sleep.

Monitor vital signs, developmental milestones, and overall well-being of the baby.

Support breastfeeding or formula feeding as per parents’ preference.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and a nurturing environment.

Assist parents with baby care education and routines.

Respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns.

Keep accurate daily records of feeding, sleep, and activities.

Requirements:

Certified Caregiver with specialization in newborn and premature baby care.

Prior experience in neonatal care, home care, or pediatric setting.

Knowledge of newborn safety, hygiene, and emergency protocols.

Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

Flexibility to work day/night shifts and willing to work stay in Duties.

[First Aid/CPR certification preferred].
