Duties

• Supervise children during parents’ absence, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun
• Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, feeding, diapering, and nap times for infants and toddlers
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by providing tailored care and encouragement
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Provide personal transportation assistance when needed for school runs or appointments
• Communicate effectively with parents about children’s activities, behaviors, and needs to foster transparency and trust

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children
• Knowledge of child supervision best practices and safety procedures
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with children with disabilities is preferred
• Prior nannying or babysitting experience with multiple children is highly desirable
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently using first aid skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
• Reliable personal transportation to assist with school pickups or outings when necessary
• Compassionate attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for caregiving
