What they need
What Youll Do
- Build, maintain, and optimize Node.js + Express backend services
- Design and develop scalable REST APIs
- Design and manage MongoDB / Mongoose schemas
- Build and maintain WebSocket / Socket.io based real-time features
- Integrate and maintain payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, or similar providers
- Build reliable transaction, wallet, ledger, and payout-related backend flows
- Work with Redis for caching, queues, and background processing
- Monitor production servers, logs, application health, and system performance
- Set up alerts and help respond to production incidents
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize APIs, databases, and backend services
- Manage deployments and basic production infrastructure
- Improve backend reliability, scalability, security, and error handling
- Debug and resolve production issues independently
- Work closely with frontend and product teams to ship features end-to-end
