Back End Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that support high-traffic enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
