About the Role

We are looking for skilled and motivated Backend Developer candidates with strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of backend development, database management, and the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using PHP.
• Build and manage web applications using Laravel or Symfony.
• Write efficient SQL queries and work with databases such as MySQL.
• Debug issues, troubleshoot errors, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with US-based clients.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of PHP programming.
• Experience or practical knowledge of Laravel or Symfony.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases such as MySQL.
• Understanding of backend development concepts and REST APIs.
• Basic knowledge of debugging and problem-solving.

Required Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with US-based clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Interview Process

• Round 1: Online Technical Interview
• Round 2: Technical Interview at the Bangalore office for shortlisted candidates
