Back End Developer (Java / Spring Boot)

We are seeking a professional specialized in Backend Development (Java / Spring Boot) to join our team and directly impact the architecture, security, and scalability of business-critical services.

The person in this role will lead the design and implementation of robust APIs, the optimization of multi-tenant data architectures, and the rigorous application of cutting-edge security and observability standards, contributing to the development of digital ecosystems prepared for future challenges.

Education

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (subject to equivalence through demonstrable professional experience).

Minimum Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of proven professional experience in advanced backend development utilizing modern Java (LTS) and the Spring Boot ecosystem within highly complex architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in modern Java features (records, sealed types, pattern matching, streams) and service development with Spring Web MVC (validations, RFC 9457 error handling) and Spring Data JPA / JDBC.
• Solid expertise in data modeling, query optimization, indexing, and multi-tenant strategies in PostgreSQL, alongside database migration management tools such as Flyway or Liquibase.
• Experience integrating security mechanisms aligned with OWASP API Security / ASVS standards, encompassing OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, JWT, Keycloak (realm management, clients, Admin API), and RBAC models.
• Proven ability to design and document REST APIs applying a contract-first methodology via OpenAPI 3 specifications.
• Advanced command of Maven (BOM management, dependencyManagement, parent hierarchies, and multi-module projects).
• Hands-on experience with quality assurance and observability practices using Testcontainers, structured traceability (OpenTelemetry, Micrometer), and containerization with multi-stage Docker and Docker Compose.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in technical English (including reading comprehension, written, and spoken interaction).
