Back End Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Backend Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to build scalable and high-performance backend systems using Python and FastAPI. The role involves working with NoSQL databases (Amazon DocumentDB preferred) in a microservices-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Build and optimize backend services using NoSQL databases (Amazon DocumentDB)
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams for seamless integration
• Ensure API performance, scalability, and reliability
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Work in a microservices and distributed systems environment
• Debug and resolve production and development issues
• Follow coding standards, testing practices, and code reviews
