Back Office Accounting Support Role

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual for Back Office Accounting Support to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your expertise will help streamline our bookkeeping processes, facilitate precise financial reporting, and uphold the integrity of our financial data.

Looking to fill the roll long-term. Extensive on the job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls to the department
• Monitor and respond to emails professionally
• Print, scan, and organize invoices and documents
• Verify rates
• Send invoices and supporting documents to customers
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Ensure paperwork and records are accurate
• Work closely with our AE's and sales team

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Professional communication skills, both phone and email
• Comfortable working independently in a quiet environment
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
• Ability to work in a fast passed environment

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
