Back Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a B.Com graduate for our Import Back Office function. Candidates with prior import experience are not mandatory. The selected candidate will be provided training on import processes, documentation and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling import-related documentation and data management
• Maintaining records and preparing reports/MIS
• Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Supporting the team in import documentation and follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate data and records in MS Excel
• Performing day-to-day back-office and coordination activities
• Ensuring timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks

Candidate Profile:

• B.Com graduate with good communication skills
• Excellent English communication written and verbal
• Presentable, professional and confident personality
• Good understanding of corporate communication and workplace etiquette
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and data management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Import/Export knowledge is not mandatory training will be provided
• Candidates residing in/around Andheri East & Western line will be preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
