What they need
Location: Katargam, Surat
We have 2 Shifts:
Morning: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Morning: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Job Responsilbilties:
- The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Excel and a good understanding of advanced Excel functions.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data in CRM software or MIS.
- Sales Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to help sales managers forecast revenue.
- Client Coordination: Respond to B2B customer queries via email, phone, or digital channels and coordinate with buyers (retailers, wholesalers, and exporters).
