Back Office Assistant – US Insurance Operations

About the role

The Backend Client Services role supports US insurance clients by executing full-range operational tasks. You will maintain high work accuracy, efficiency and client satisfaction within an international team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process insurance transactions and update policy records accurately on English-based systems
• Check, validate, extract and update insurance data following client guidelines
• Comply with standard workflows and client requirements to meet all quality benchmarks
• Carry out quality checks, detect data errors and sustain high accuracy levels
• Deliver all assigned tasks within agreed timeline and productivity standards
• Conduct formal written communication with US clients in English
• Collaborate on process optimisation activities to boost team productivity
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently with consistent attention to details

About you

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any major accepted)
• Competent written and reading English capability
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Office tools
• Fast learning capability and open mindset to learn new skills
• Outstanding accuracy awareness and quality focus
• Able to process massive information and focus on granular details
• Follow standardised workflows and SOPs consistently
• Show strong ownership for assigned responsibilities
• Adapt well to fast-paced, deadline-oriented daily operations
• Working background within insurance, BPO, shared service centre, operations, administration or customer service is advantageous. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
