Back Office

• Objectives of this role

Provide constant administrative and managerial support to the employees within the scope of the back office executive role Process customer orders through backend executive work in a time-efficient and accurate manner Bridge the gap between the management and the front-office executives Assist in day-to-day operations to make the workflow smooth and seamless Support and assist the sales teams

• Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor all day-to-day activities in the office Record all the office data and maintain the databases and documentation of the same Deal with customer complaints and bring them to the attention of the stakeholders if required Manage office equipment and supplies Work on activities such as performing market research and processing this research data as a backend executive Schedule appointments, organise staff meetings and update calendars based on the same Assist with inventory control and keep track of the stockpile and supplies

• Required skills and qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office suite, which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint Solid organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Prior experience working as a back office executive, or any backend executive job Understanding of administrative processes, and customer service

• Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field Knowledge of data entry Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹10,732.81 - ₹31,489.90 per month
