Back Office Coordinator

• Provide back-office support to the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with sales executives regarding customer requirements and pending activities.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, dispatches, and delivery updates.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and payment requirements.
• Maintain customer and sales data in Excel/CRM/ERP.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
• Track sales leads, quotations, orders, and conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchase, Dispatch, and Operations teams.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and sales transactions.
• Share product, pricing, and order-related information with the sales team.
• Monitor pending orders and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and routine sales-related communication.
• Ensure timely completion of sales documentation.
• Perform other sales coordination activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
