Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office / Data Entry Associate with healthcare industry experience to support administrative operations and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite during the graveyard shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode, update, and maintain records in internal databases and systems.
• Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Process healthcare-related documents, forms, and records in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify discrepancies in records and coordinate with the appropriate team for resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive healthcare information.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding documentation and data-related concerns.

Qualifications

• With prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in a healthcare BPO, medical records, healthcare administration, medical billing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating multiple systems.
• Willing and able to work fully onsite.
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
• Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Open to a monthly salary of up to ₱27,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
