Back Office Developer

Responsibilities

Back Office Application Development

• Develop programming in collaboration with BackOffice teams optimize/improve business processing and strategy as best as practices
• Develop and maintain Corporate Web Application (Intranet)
• Coordinate with external vendors for provide support on products
• Perform data analysis following to business requirement processing

Best Practice Procedure

• Perform work in accordance with IT standards, policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Follow standard development, documentation, and operational support practices.
• Support audit and compliance activities when required.

Issues Resolution

• Investigate and resolve application and operational issues related to back-office systems.
• Correct system errors and support user requests within assigned responsibilities.
• Communicate with users and related teams to support issue resolution and operational activities.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve service quality and system reliability

Report Error Status (if any)

• Report critical and non-critical incidents to relevant teams for investigation and resolution.
• Support issue follow-up, escalation, and communication activities with related stakeholders.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and related
• Strong knowledge in HTML and Internet
• Experience in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web form, .NET Core
• Web service communication (REST, SOAP)
• Experience MS SQL Server, Informix and have in depth knowledge of Transactional SQL
• Experience in general computer software
• Strong thoroughly and logically thinking
• High responsible in job assigned
• Experience in Finance/Securities industry would be an advantage
