About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Back Office Executive with hands-on experience in the Banking/BFSI/DSA industry. The candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day banking processes, documentation, coordination, and MIS activities.

Key Responsibilities

Independently handle day-to-day banking and back-office processes.

Manage customer/application documentation and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with banks, DSA teams, customers, and internal departments.

Track applications, documentation, approvals, and disbursements.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.

Handle data entry, reconciliation, and process-related follow-ups.

Work extensively on MS Excel for reports, data management, and analysis.

Ensure timely completion of banking process-related activities.

Travel within Pune city as required for banking or business-related work.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in Banking, BFSI, DSA, NBFC, or financial services.

Good understanding of banking and loan-related processes.

Ability to independently manage back-office operations.

Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Willingness to travel within Pune city.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred: Candidates who have previously worked with DSAs, banks, NBFCs, or financial service companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
