Back office Executive (Billing &MIS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and data entry for management-related credit card transactions and

expenses.

• Maintain accurate records of bills, invoices, receipts and supporting documents.
• Reconcile credit card statements with bills and expense records on a monthly basis.
• Manage and track travel-related expenses, including flights, hotels, cabs and other

bookings.

• Maintain billing and expense records for events, meetings and hospitality.
• Coordinate with vendors, travel agencies and internal teams for invoices, refunds and

pending bills.

• Prepare monthly MIS and expense trackers for management review.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of missing bills, discrepancies and outstanding

payments.

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and systematic documentation of all management

expenses.

Expected from Candidate

• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle management-related information.
