Back Office Executive

Responsible for managing and coordinating back-office operations across franchise and company-owned stores, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, payment management, vendor coordination, settlements, and resolution of store-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with franchise and company-owned stores for day-to-day operational requirements.

• Manage payment gateways, payment reconciliation, and settlements.

• Handle and resolve store grievances and operational issues.

• Coordinate with logistics and other vendors for timely movement and delivery of jewellery.

• Manage procurement and administrative activities.

• Handle franchise and store account settlements and reconciliation.

• Coordinate and ensure timely order fulfilment for all stores.

• Maintain accurate records of jewellery movement, orders, payments, and settlements.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stores to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare regular MIS/reports and provide operational updates to management.

• Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure adherence to company processes and timelines.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in jewellery back-office operations.

• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, payment gateways, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
