Back Office Executive

Position: Back Office Executive
Department: Sales / Back Office Operations
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Back Office / MIS-related work.
Salary: Up to 15,000 per month + ESIC + PF

Office Location : Esplanade Area , Kolkata

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Track and maintain TA (Travel Allowance) Reports of the Sales Team.
• Check and verify TA bills, supporting documents, and required details.
• Prepare the TA Report, take the required approval, and submit the approved report to the Accounts Team.
• Upload and maintain vehicle details on the VAHAN Portal for registration.
• Handle HSRP Portal activities, including data entry, tracking, and status updates.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
• Prepare, update, and maintain Dealer Lists and Dealer Data.
• Maintain proper records, trackers, and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts Teams for required documents and report submissions.
• Follow up on pending TA documents, vehicle registration, HSRP status, and other related activities.
• Perform data entry, MIS preparation, reporting, and record maintenance.
• Handle other back-office and operational work assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good data entry and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and follow-ups.
• Experience in Automobile/EV, VAHAN, HSRP, Sales Back Office, or MIS will be an added advantage.
