Back Office Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into the company’s systems (including stock inventory, orders, and sales).
• Maintain and manage data related to jewellery products, including specifications, pricing, and descriptions.
• Ensure all data is entered into the system in a timely manner and complies with company standards.
• Assist with generating reports from the database for management and teams.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide support with administrative tasks related to data management, inventory, and customer orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is aligned with business needs.
• Assist in updating and managing digital records for stock and sales tracking.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to handle large amounts of data with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
