Proviso Manpower is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented & organized Back Office Executive to join our team in Dalhousie, Kolkata.

Position: Back Office Executive

Location: Dalhousie, Kolkata
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month
Employment Type: Full-Time

AGE- 35-45

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee, candidate & client records
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime & working-hour data
• Collect, verify & process monthly payroll inputs
• Prepare salary/payroll sheets and MIS reports
• Coordinate with HR & Accounts for payroll processing
• Handle salary-related queries and discrepancies
• Maintain joining, exit & employee documentation
• Coordinate with employees, clients & site supervisors
• Manage day-to-day back-office communication

✅ Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of payroll & salary calculations
• Knowledge of attendance, overtime, deductions & leave management
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Good numerical & analytical ability
• Excellent documentation, follow-up & organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality

⭐ Preferred: Experience in manpower consultancy, staffing, recruitment, contract labour, HR, payroll or employee management will be an advantage.
