Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

• System Operations & Data Entry: Maintain daily transactions, master data, and user logs inside the ERP platform.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: Assist internal departments (accounts, store, production, sales) with system errors, access issues, and functional workflows.
• Report Generation: Extract MIS (Management Information System) reports, inventory updates, and financial summaries for management.
• Process Coordination: Bridge the gap between IT support/vendors and end-users to ensure smooth module configuration and updates.
