Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day back-office operations and client servicing.
• Work on MS Excel, MS Word and other office applications for reports, records and documentation.
• Maintain client database, MIS and records accurately.
• Prepare, download and send client statements/reports using financial software.
• Assist in Mutual Fund, Insurance and other financial-services related documentation and processing.
• Handle client calls, follow-ups, WhatsApp and email communication professionally.
• Prepare/edit basic creatives using Canva and assist in social-media posting.
• Prepare basic PowerPoint presentations, letters and routine office documents.
• Coordinate pending client requirements and maintain systematic follow-up records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate; B.Com/BBA/Commerce background preferred.

• 02 years of experience in Back Office, Documentation, Client Servicing, Accounts, Banking, Insurance or Financial Services preferred.

• Freshers may apply only if they have good practical computer and MS Office skills.

• Good practical working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is essential.

• Candidate should be comfortable with basic Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting and data handling.

• Basic working knowledge of Canva preferred.

• Comfortable with Email, Internet, PDF handling and basic PowerPoint.

• Good Hindi communication and workable English.

• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and willing to learn new software.
