Job Title: Back Office Executive – Banking Operations

Locations:

• Vadodara: Jail Road, Near Shiv Shakti Circle, Anandpura

Job Summary:

We are hiring Back Office Executives for banking operations. The role involves basic data entry, document handling, cheque processing, scanning, filing, and record maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry and basic transaction processing.
• Receive, sort, scan, and verify documents and cheques.
• Maintain records, files, and transaction details.
• Prepare documents and arrange them for dispatch.
• Perform basic reconciliation of documents and courier records.
• Assist with cheque scrutiny and document processing.
• Generate basic reports and MIS as required.
• Follow established banking processes and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with basic back office, data entry, or CDD experience can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills are preferred.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the respective office location.
