Job Description – Back Office Executive (Day Shift | Freshers)

Position: Back Office Executive

Location: Udaipur

Shift: Day Shift only (No Night Shift)

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and support tasks. The role involves data entry, documentation, coordination, and supporting internal teams. Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and updating records in Excel / systems
• Maintain files, documents, and databases
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending tasks
• Prepare basic reports and handle routine paperwork
• Support in billing, invoicing, or order processing (as required)
• Handle emails and basic client/vendor communication
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a day-shift schedule
• Freshers with internship or basic computer knowledge preferred
