About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility involves verifying customer details, validating documentation, preparing verification reports, and coordinating daily office correspondence via email.

Key Responsibilities

Verify submitted customer data, credentials, and documentation against standard guidelines.

Compile and draft accurate, standardized verification reports.

Monitor office inboxes, draft clear email replies, and route requests to relevant teams.

Maintain organized daily logs, tracker sheets, and spreadsheets.

Flag discrepancies or missing information promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Practical proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, Google Workspace).
